Telma Iverson Sorrell, 91, passed away Feb. 23, 1998 in her home after a long illness.
Born April 13, 1906, she was the last surviving child of Nels Enoch and Viola Jensen Iverson. She was wife to William S. Sorrell and mother to David I. and Michael W. Sorrell. Telma was born with courage, curiosity and intelligence. She embraced those things innately good and kind. A strong friend and ally, she was always interested in fair play and honesty. Her wit, her caring and her compassion will be sorely missed.She is survived by her husband, Bill Sorrell; son and daughter-in-law, David and Carolyn Sorrell of Bremerton, WA; daughter-in-law, Sherry Spinden; grandsons, Eric, John and Evan Sorrell, and granddaughter, Lori Ramassini. Preceded in death by son, Michael.
Graveside services will be Friday, Feb. 27, 11 a.m. at bountiful City Cemetery, 2020 South 200 West. Friends may call Friday 9:45 to 10:45 a.m. at Lindquist's Bountiful Mortuary, 727 No.400 East.
