Stella Murel Ebert, our beloved wife, mother, grandmother and friend, 69, died February 24, 1998.

Born April 11, 1928 in Dubois, Idaho to Sarah Estelle Clegg and John Lougee. She married Glen Andrew Ebert Sept. 15, 1945. Stella and Glen served an LDS mission together in Nashville, TN. She was an active member of the LDS Church and served in the Relief Society Presidency and as a Temple ordinance worker. She also enjoyed singing, and was a beautiful seamstress.Survivors: husband, Glen, Granite; children, Linda Short, West Jordan; Janice Wilde (Elmon), Sandy; Ruth Henrie (Lloyd), Preston, Idaho; Gene (Elise), Cottonwood Heights; Rulon (Toni), Mesa, Arizona; Barbara Cude (Bruce), Rexburg, Idaho; Larry, Granite; 33 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren; brothers and sisters, Norma Waddoups, Don, Lucille Mickelsen, Deborah LaVoun (Vonnie) West; Joanne Cunningham. Preceded in death by brother, Rulon; sister, Shirley.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, February 28, 1998 at 1 p.m. in the Granite Ridge LDS Ward, 3100 East 9575 South. Friends may call at Goff Mortuary, 8090 So. State Friday 6-8 p.m. and Saturday at the church from 11:45 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. Interment, Granite Cemetery.
