`Little Women' activities Saturday at doll museum

The McCurdy Doll Museum, 246 N. 100 East, is sponsoring a story-time activity Saturday, Feb. 28 at 1:30 p.m., featuring the dolls and stories of "Little Women," honoring Louisa May Alcott's famous stories.

Storyteller Christine Deppe will conduct the program with a tea party following. A free Little Women paper doll will be given to those attending.Reservations for the storytelling and tea party are being taken by calling the museum at 377-9935 weekdays between 1 and 5 p.m.

In March the museum will feature "Dolls from Fairyland." April's exhibit will feature military dolls with stories by Dean Hughes, author of "Children of the Promise," historical tales about World War II.

Admission is $3 for adults and $1.50 for children under 12.
