"There's a potential that we're going to have to go back and redo significant portions of it," Barth said Monday.Barth's comments were made during a press conference in which Democrats challenged a Republican-backed, road-funding plan and pledged to focus on transportation issues throughout the week.

Sen. Pete Suazo, D-Salt Lake City, received permission from Senate President Lane Beattie, R-West Bountiful, to bring members of the West High School Choir to the Senate chambers Tuesday for a singing of "Oh Orange Cone, How We Loathe Thee."
