Death: Ruth Warner Webber

Ruth Warner Webber, 79, passed away February 2, 1998 in Provo, Utah.

She was born July 17, 1918 in Tooele, Utah to Thomas W. and Patra King Warner. She married William Joseph Otto Webber on June 6, 1938. Their marriage was later solemnized in the Provo LDS Temple. In 1940, Bill and Ruth moved from Salt Lake City to Springville shortly after they were married, and have lived in Springville ever since. Her many years as a physical therapist at Utah Valley Regional Medical Center were very fulfilling. She loved quilting, gardening, crocheting, cooking and baking, and traveling. Her husband, children, and grandchildren were the light of her life. Ruth was born under-the-covenant, has been married in the temple, taught Primary and MIA, has been Sunday School Secretary and Door Greeter, Relief Society Luncheon Chairman and on their Quilting Committee, and ward Canning Chairman. Always willing to serve when her health permitted.She is survived by her husband, William J. Webber; her children Dian (Ted) Sorensen of Las Vegas, NV; Kenneth (Carol) Webber of West Valley, UT; William L. (Pat) Webber of Sandy, UT; 11 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren; one sister, Lucille McNichol of Tooele, UT.

Funeral Services will be held Friday, February 6, 1998 at 11 a.m. in the Spring Creek 9th Ward, 55 N Main, Springville, UT. Friends may call Thursday evening from 6 to 8 p.m. at Wheeler Mortuary, 211 East 200 South, Springville, UT, or Friday morning one hour prior to services at the church. Burial will be in the Mona City Cemetery.
