Brad Park came up with the idea and his wife agreed, with one major condition: All the photography has to be "from the waist up, that's all."Kidcams, a Costa Mesa company, is engineering the trial cybercast in hopes of marketing the service to other proud parents.
Later this month, more than 20 people - grandparents, uncles, aunts and friends - will be able to watch on their computer screens as Karen Park delivers her baby at a Murrietta care center.
