Washington County deputy sheriffs are looking for anyone who may have seen someone leave a man's body on a dirt road near U.S. 91 about 7.5 miles northwest of the Arizona and Utah border.

Anthony Ray Edwards, 37, of Scenic, Ariz., was was found lying in the middle of a dirt road west of U.S. 91 at 8:45 a.m. Thursday by a nature photographer out looking for wildlife to photograph, Washington County Sheriff's detective Ron Edwards said.Anthony Edwards died from multiple gunshot wounds, Edwards said. Very little is known about the victim, he added.

U.S. 91 is a heavily traveled stretch of highway south of St. George that connects Utah and Arizona, police said. It is the second time in four months that a body has been found in that general area.

In November, deputies discovered the body of Amy Price, a 29-year-old Nebraska woman, about four miles north of where Edwards' body was found. Price, who died from a drug overdose, was not identified until a few weeks ago, Edwards said.

Washington County prosecutors have charged Rick L. Kelly, 42, of North Platte, Neb., with one count of abuse or desecration of a human body for allegedly dumping and trying to conceal Price's body.
