Death: William Stephen ""Bill"" Perry

William Stephen "Bill" Perry, loving husband, father, and grandfather, age 85, passed away Feb. 7, 1998.

He was born May 23, 1912 in Mapleton, Utah, a son of Edward Harvey and Mary Ann Fullmer Perry. Married Alida Clarise Moulton Oct. 1, 1930, deceased. Married Roberta Patterson Perry Sept. 26, 1941. Marriage solemnized in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. He worked for U.S. Mines in Bingham for 42 years, and nine years for the LDS Church. He was an active member of the LDS Church and served faithfully in his callings.Survived by his wife, Roberta; five sons, Steven L., Richard J. (Colleen), Ronald S. (Joan), William Glenn (Louise), Charles Leon (Janet); son-in-law, Alfred Haney; 25 grandchildren, 39 great-grandchildren, six great-great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by a daughter, Nanette Haney; three grandchildren, Linda Jean Berry, Rebecca Ann Perry, Mark Leslie Stinson; three great-grandchildren; his parents; five sisters; and three brothers.

The family wishes to thank the staff and employees of Crosslands Care Center and Vencare Hospice for the special care they gave Bill.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, Feb. 10, 1998 at 11 a.m. in the Midvalley 3rd LDS Ward Chapel, 700 East 7500 South. Friends may call Monday 6-8 p.m. at the Larkin Sunset Gardens Mortuary, 10600 South 1700 East, Sandy and Tuesday at the Ward 10-10:45 a.m. Interment, Larkin Sunset Gardens.
