Officials in Hall County, Georgia, survey tornado damage to Lanier Elementary School Friday. School was not in session. Devastation from the twister was scattered along a 10-mile path in rural northeast Georgia. Eleven people were killed and 80 injured. Three victims, including a baby, lived in a mobile home park in Clermont. Ellwyn Hollifield's mobile home toppled end over end, disintegrating as it flew. Gov. Zell Miller declared a state of emergency in several counties.
