For the 12th consecutive year, Joan Pate, who works in the Union Park office of Coldwell Banker Premier Realty, was the top sales associate for the company. She is a past recipient of the Richard M. Webber Award and also ranked in the top 10 of Coldwell Banker sales associates nationally.
R. Scott Webber, company president, said Carol Agle, an associate in the Park City office, was the No. 2 sales associate last year and John and Leslie Thorup from the Ogden office, ranked as the No. 3 sales associates.John Wayne Shupe from the Ogden office, received the Richard M. Webber Award, named for the man who co-founded the company.
The 1997 rookies of the year were Ken and Ann Murdock of the Union Park office. They also were named to the President's Club for their sales volume.
