Three men died in a shootout outside a carwash, including a figure in the unsolved shooting death of rapper Tupac Shakur. A fourth man was wounded and later arrested.

Orlando Anderson, 23, Michael Stone, 41, and his nephew, Jerry Stone, 24, were pronounced dead Friday at King-Drew Medical Center in Los Angeles.Police arrested Michael Reed Dorrough after he was treated at the same hospital, said Lt. Robert Baker. He was being held without bail.

The four men were fighting "over a previous monetary dispute" at a carwash, about a half block from Compton High School, said police Lt. Danny Sneed. One man began firing a handgun and another returned fire.
