This year's Olde English Festival at St. Paul's Episcopal Church, 261 S. 900 East, will include original works of art by English artists.

Robin Grey of Alpine Art, 430 E. South Temple, made arrangements last fall to market the work of several English artists through his gallery. After discovering the festival, Grey offered to show the artwork at the event."Original paintings, limited-edition prints and photography - depicting the countryside from which the festival's celebrated traditions sprang - are the perfect complement to our event," said Craig Miller, festival coordinator. "We strive for authenticity in the festival. This art is authentic!"

The art will be displayed among stalls selling traditional fish and chips, gammon steak, bangers and mash, prawn salad, beverages and desserts. There will also be bobbin lace makers, spinsters, weavers, soothsayers and musicians.
