Election judges are desperately needed for the Davis County primary elections, scheduled for June 23.
At least 408 judges are needed to cover the 204 voting precincts throughout the county, but the county has only had about 300 citizens volunteer. Preferably, each precinct should have three judges, although two at the precincts can suffice.Judging will last 12-15 hours, and pays moderately. To qualify, a person must be a Davis County resident who will turn 18 by the November general elections. To volunteer or for more information, contact Margene Isom, Davis County clerk/auditor at 451-3213.
