Beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend, Eva Jeniel Jensen Madsen, age 84, passed away June 18, 1998, in Salt Lake City.
Born December 21, 1913, in Moroni Utah, the daughter of John E. Jensen and Eva Livingston. Married Chesley M. Madsen June 26,1937. Their marriage was solemnized in the Idaho Falls LDS Temple.She enjoyed reading, sewing and all types of handwork and she adorned her own home and the homes of many others with beautiful articles she had made with love. She lived her life with grace and dignity. She was a very devoted mother and grandmother and will be greatly missed by her family.
Survivors include daughters, Jean (Ralph) Reiche, Eva Ann (Allen) Jacobs, Sarah Jane (Pat) McDonald; 12 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren, sister Hazel Anderson; and brothers Morris Jensen, Mont (Jean) Jensen, Grant (Edna) Jensen.
Graveside services will be Monday, June 22, 1998,12 noon, at the Mt. Pleasant City Cemetery 115 West Main Street, Friends may call Sunday, from 6 to 8 p.m, at the Holbrook Mortuary, 3251 South 2300 East. Interment, Mt. Pleasant City Cemetery. Directors, The Holbrook Mortuary.
