Salt Lake City's newest Outback Steakhouse is hosting an opening celebration Monday night from 6 to 9 p.m. Proceeds from the event will benefit the Huntsman Cancer Institute.

Tickets will be available at the door for $20 a person. The steakhouse is at 2731 Parleys Way and will be open for business Tuesday.
