The Sundance Kids Camp has begun its new summer program.
The one-day, three-day and six-day camps will incorporate art, nature, recreation and an awareness of the mountain environment surrounding Sundance Resort.The 1998 Kids Camp is available Mondays through Saturdays through Aug. 22. After that, camps are held Fridays and Saturdays until Sept. 5. The camps are for children ages 6 to 11.
Each Wednesday, all children who attend Sundance Kids Camp will take classes from visiting artists from around the world in the Sundance Art Shack. The program runs each day from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. throughout the summer season.
The following costs include daily lunch and one T-shirt per season: one-day program, $29; three-day program, $75 ($65 for additional siblings); six-day program, $135 ($120 for additional siblings).
Sundance also offers the Kids Camp Family Lodging Package. The package's cost of $995 includes three nights stay in a master suite, breakfast for four in the Foundry Grill, three-day Kids Camp for two children (ages 6-11, additional siblings $65).
