Our beloved wife, mother, sister, aunt and grandmother, age 63, passed away peacefully in her sleep June 22, 1998 in West Valley City.
Born April 3, 1935 in Salt Lake City to Joseph and Frances Jackson Deans. Married Frank Petroni June 11, 1954 in Salt Lake City. Mary was a mother to all those who knew her. She dedicated her life to the care of children, especially her grandchildren. "Grandma, we'll miss you!"Survived by and deeply loved by her husband, Frank; five children, Larry (Cindy) Petroni; Gary (Lu) Petroni; David Petroni; Paul (Mandy) Petroni; Kathy (Donnie) Stephensen; all of Salt Lake City; brothers, Raymond and Reed; sisters, Gladys and Ruth; 12 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; niece, Susan, who loved her very much.
Graveside service will be held Thursday, 10 a.m. at the Utah Veterans Memorial Park, 17111 South Redwood Road. Friends may call Thursday, 8:30-9:30 a.m. at McDougal Funeral Home, 4330 South Redwood Road.
