Sparks from grinder burn garage, destroying 2 cars

Sparks from a grinder started a fire that burned a garage and destroyed two cars in West Valley City Monday.

Damage to the garage and its contents totaled $100,000, West Valley Fire Capt. Oliver Moore said.A resident of the house, 4367 W. Brittney Downs Drive (3910 South), saw the flames and called 911 about 4 p.m.
