Salt Lake City's Fountain Fresh International, which makes in-store beverage machines under the trade name BetterStuff, has announced that BetterStuff AG Switzerland and its partners have acquired a majority of the shares in Fountain Fresh.

The company also announced that a new Fountain Fresh board of directors has been appointed.The share purchase settles creditor claims against BetterStuff Inc. announced on April 3. The acquisition allows the Swiss group to proceed immediately with its plans to fund the continuing operation of BetterStuff Inc. and start the redesign of the beverage center.
