SHARE Grand jury indicts 2 in heist at First Security Bank in May

A federal grand jury on Wednesday indicted two men for the May 19 robbery of a First Security Bank.

Manuel Gilbert Jimenez, 26, and Juan Jose Zamora, 19, were named in a four-count indictment accusing them of using force and intimidation to steal $12,804 from the bank branch at 1030 W. Atherton Drive (4340 South).Both men have been arrested, but a third, unidentified suspect remains at large. Zamora was picked up last week in Universal City, Calif.; and will be returned to Utah to face the charges.

According to court documents filed on Tuesday, Zamora admitted to FBI agents that he participated in the robbery.
