Game 2 report card and tonight's prospectus.

Shandon Anderson B+

Has been Jazz's best post-up player through 2 games. Made 4 of 7 shots, 4 of 5 FTs. Probably ought to get ball more.

Series: B+

Antoine Carr D

Continues to be non-factor. Has averaged 11 minutes, 1 point. Single rebound in Game 2.

Howard Eisley B

Seven assists, nine points in 24 minutes of Game 2. Only 4-10 from field but had to shoot a couple wild ones to beat shot clock as teammates stood around declining to accept ball.

Series: B+

Greg Foster C

Again, limited minutes and limited production. Yanked by coach Sloan after launching an 18-footer that barely drew iron, but he did return.

Jeff Hornacek A

Bounced back from poor Game 1 to lead Jazz in scoring in Game 2. Too bad his teammates wasted a strong performance.

Series: B

Adam Keefe C

Asked to shake off rust and recent illness and make contribution. Effort was there but it didn't show in numbers. Lane violation was boneheaded.

Series: C

Karl Malone D

Unconfirmed reports of Mailman riding Harley around town during second half. Looked hesitant, uncertain, maybe even intimidated.

Series: C

Chris Morris C

In typically erratic fashion, followed-up solid Game 1 with two-point effort in Game 2.

Series: C+

Greg Ostertag C+

Scoring machine poured in seven points in seven minutes. He looked better than Foster and Carr, but with Bulls' Luc Longley on bench in foul trouble much of night, there wasn't much for 'Tag to do.

Series: B

Bryon Russell B

Contributed 11 points, including three 3-pointers, and five rebounds, while being asked to chase Michael Jordan around most of the night.

Series: B

John Stockton C

After taking matters into his own hands in Game 1, he fell back into pass-first, shoot-never mode. He'll probably have to think shot more for Jazz to bounce back.
