Developed by Novartis Pharmaceuticals Corp., the education seminar includes a 30-minute video called "Bone Matters: Taking a Stand Against Osteoporosis," a checklist to help participants assess their risk for the disease and information about medications.Osteoporosis is a disease characterized by excessive loss of bone mineral density, leading to increased susceptibility to fracture.
