Born October 12, 1954 in Salt Lake City to Austin Miller Scott and Ruth Musser Workman. Married Marcia Houston 1976 in St George. Later divorced.Attended Salt Lake City schools and graduated from Manti High School 1973. Sold life insurance for Combined Insurance. Worked as carpenter and member of Carpenter and Mason Union. Enjoyed spending time with family and friends.
