The driver of a pickup truck that rammed a passenger car, killing a family of five when the car burst into flames, was drunk and driving at least 70 mph, police said.
Killed when their car was struck from behind early Sunday morning was a family of five from Courtright, Ontario, The Detroit News reported.Police did not identify the 23-year-old driver, but said he had seven previous speeding tickets. An empty whiskey bottle was found in his truck, police said.
