The publication Community College Week has ranked Salt Lake Community College among the top 10 programs nationwide in computer and information systems and nursing.
"These ratings show we're on track with providing students with excellence in education," said SLCC President Frank W. Budd. "Students remain our highest priority, and we hope through training and service we can continuously improve the quality of life in them and in our community."The publication also ranked the school's health sciences programs 20th. The programs include dental hygiene, medical assisting, occupational therapy assistant, physical therapy assistant, radiologic technology and surgical technology.
