The path was cleared for Tawana Brawley to finally testify in court, nearly 11 years after her allegations of a racist abduction and rape.
State Supreme Court Justice S. Barrett Hickman said Brawley could testify on Thursday before the jury considering damages her advisers, the Rev. Al Sharpton, C. Vernon Mason and Alton Maddox, should pay for defaming Steven Pagones."Now we're going to make efforts to bring her up here," Mason's lawyer, Stephen Jackson, said. "She's going to be here."
