Enid Farber, with her Lhasa-Pooh "Sammy," joins other animal lovers in New York's Times Square to protest the city's refusal to allow residents of the Woodstock Hotel to retrieve their pets from the building. The hotel was closed off following a scaffolding collapse on July 21, that killed an 85-year-old woman.
