Cleone Parsons Holt, 82, died July 1, 1998 in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Born November 5, 1915 in Richfield, Utah to Arthur Stanley Parsons and Rachel Abertha Brown. Married John Woodrow Holt on May 26, 1936 in Salt Lake City, later divorced.Cleone worked as a secretary for the Boilermakers Local 182 for 30 years and always lent a kind and helping hand to those in need. She loved children, especially her grandchildren. She was a fun and loving grandmother. Her love of gardening produced a beautiful showcase of flowers for friends and family to enjoy.
She is survived by her son, Leon Holt, Salt Lake City; daughter, Carol Larsen, Salt Lake City; six grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and devoted companion and friend, Kelly Anderson.
Graveside service Monday, July 6, 1998 at 11 a.m. at Mountain View Memorial Estates, 3115 East 7800 South. Friends may call Monday, 9:30-10:30 a.m. at Goff Mortuary, 8090 So. State.
