Lawrence John McDaniel, 78, passed away on July 28, 1998.
He was born on January 3, 1920 in Provo, Utah to John Edwin and Mary McDaniel. He married Betty Rae Pratt on December 27, 1947, later solemnized in the Manti Temple.He was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, and friend. Lawrence enjoyed traveling, fishing, and most of all, spending time with his family.
He is survived by his wife, Betty; their two daughters, Peggy (Dwain) McGarry and JoAnn Justice; five grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
Graveside service will be held on Saturday, August 1, 1998 at 11 a.m. at Valley View Memorial Park, 4400 West 4100 South. Family and friends may call Friday evening, 6-8 p.m., and Saturday morning 10-10:45 a.m. at Valley View Funeral Home, 4335 West 4100 South.
