Larry W. Sidwell, standing in front of Monticello, the home of Thomas Jefferson near Charlottesville, Va., served as a tour guide there for three years. As such, he became familiar with the life and politics of America's third president, who pushed for the passage of Virginia's Statute of Religious Freedom. Today, Brother Sidwell continues to take family and friends to Monticello and teaches others in firesides the importance of religious freedom in America in paving the way for the Restoration of the gospel.
