BORDERS, in the Crossroads Mall, has a couple of events this week. On Tuesday, July 7, 6 p.m., the store will host a children's performance poetry event featuring Joan Robinson, a member of the Utah Storytelling Guild. The evening is for kids ages 4-12.
At noon on July 7, Ramon D. Smullin will be signing copies of his book "The Father Is Not The Son," a book that examines the theology of the LDS Church and other groups. Leslie Reynolds will discuss her book "Mormons in Transition" on Friday, July 10, 7:30 at the downtown store. The Bountiful store will feature Will South signing his book "Andy Warhol Slept Here? Famous and Infamous Visitors to Utah" at 7 p.m. on Thursday, July 9.
