Another 13 acres of farmland on the city's west side will be considered for residential zoning approval at City Council public hearing next month.

The hearing is set for 6:45 p.m. Tuesday, July 21, at City Hall, 23 E. Center St.Lynn Summerhays of Farmington is looking to develop half-acre lots on land at 95 S. Angel St.

Councilman H. Arthur Johnson, who also lives on Angel Street, joked that the city needs to allow at least 15 minutes for this public hearing because west Kaysville residents can be an "ornery" bunch.
