Bill Cosby listened to part of the last day of arguments in the murder trial of the man accused of killing his only son, leaving before the prosecutor concluded and jurors began deliberations.

Prosecutors argued Monday that Mikail Markhasev's own statements and letters proved his guilt in the shooting of 27-year-old Ennis Cosby. Defense attorneys pointed at the lack of eyewitness identification, fingerprints or evidence placing Markhasev at the killing scene."Ennis Cosby had money, a beautiful car, a watch. . . . The defendant saw an opportunity," prosecutor Anne Ingalls said. "He goes up and tries to take property but gets spooked. . . . He shoots the gun and runs away."

Jurors were to continue deliberating Tuesday.
