Today, July 6, 1998, our beloved husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother and friend passed away peacefully.
John Evern Enniss, 77, enjoyed a full and contented life, although he made everyone else miserable. The many who knew him can appreciate this, as John also had a great sense of humor. The many he left behind are too numerous to mention, so we won't. However, we will miss his unique way of dealing with life. It was John's wish that no one mourn his passing, yet celebrate his life with a good old Irish Wake. Therefore, a Wake will be held, in his honor, on Thursday, July 9th from 2 P.M. until dark. It will be held in John's favorite place; his back yard at 12839 So. Boulter Street (1480 E.) Draper. We are inviting all family, friends, and foe to come celebrate with us.
John has donated his body to the University of Utah Medical Center, for scientific study, so there will be no viewing. In lieu of flowers, please make a small donation to the V.A. Medical Center.
John's family would like to thank the staff of the V.A. Medical Center, CCU, for helping to make John's passing as comfortable as was possible. Funeral Directors Broomhead Funeral Home, Riverton.
P.S. Remember to check the oil.
