One in seven Americans, including young adults and children, are affected by arthritis.
The Sept. 16 meeting of the Young Adult Arthritis Education and Support Group and the Salt Lake Arthritis Education and Support Group are meeting together to learn more about the illness. The keynote speaker, rheumatologist Dr. Richard Gremillion, will discuss arthritis and its warning signs.The meeting is free and the public is invited. Sponsored by the Arthritis Foundation, it will be at 7 p.m. at the Salt Lake County Complex, 2001 S. State, Room S-2019.
