A Pinkerton security guard who confronted three suspicious looking men in a hotel parking lot ended up staring down the barrel of a gun and being robbed of his radio.
Salt Lake police said the confrontation occurred at 12:10 a.m. Sunday in the parking lot of the Holiday Inn at 1659 W. North Temple.The guard saw the three men and confronted them, only to have one of them pull a gun on him.
The trio then took his radio, so he couldn't call for help, and ran off.
