SALT LAKE CITY--Ingrid Carlson, age 86, died January 15, 1999 at the St. Mark's Hospital from complications connected with surgery.
Ingrid was born December 13, 1912 in Norrkoping, Sweden. Married Carl Halvar Carlson June 9, 1935 in Norrkoping, Sweden. Marriage later solemnized in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. She was a loving and caring wife, mother and grandmother.Survivors: husband; daughters, Ingrid (Tom) Gilbert, Marian (Daniel) Smith; sons, Leif (Dawn) Carlson, Steve (JoLynn) Carlson, all of the Salt Lake area; 12 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; sisters, Majken Hultgren, Marianne Larson; brother, Stig Westling, all of Sweden.
Services will be held on Wednesday, January 20, 1999 at 12 noon, Deseret Memorial Mortuary, 36 E. 700 South, Salt Lake City. Family and friends may call one hour prior to services. Interment at Elysian Burial Gardens, 1075 E. 4580 South. Funeral Directors: Deseret Memorial Mortuary.
