Beloved husband and father Arthur A. Frank, born Oct.27, 1911, in Diamondsville, Wyo. to Lena Rizzi and Joseph Frank, passed away January 22, 1999, surrounded by his loving family.

A 1928 graduate of Granite High School, he attended UCLA and the University of Utah. He proudly retired in 1978 after 30 years as a buyer in the Us purchasing department.He experienced the joy of world travel and the pain inherent in 87 years of life. He especially enjoyed his wife, family and spending time with his cousin Johnny and brothers-in-law Leon and Stan, chasing trout and being outdoors. He also enjoyed anything to do with his garden, reading , and classical music.

Survived by his cherished wife of 62 years, Lucille, two sons Gary (Lorayne), Kim (Jan) one daughter Sharon Stuart (Ron), brother Joseph A. Frank, Jr. and sister Francis Munford. Also 12 grandchildren and 8 grandchildren.

Graveside services will be held at 12 Noon on Friday, January 29, 1999 at the Wasatch Lawn Memorial Park. A family vigil will be held on Thursday at 5 p.m. at the Wasatch Lawn Mortuary, 3401 South Highland Drive where friends may call on Thursday from 6-8 p.m. and on Friday from 10:45-11:45 a.m.

In lieu of flowers the family requests donations in the memory of Arthur Frank be made to the University of Utah Marriott Library, 295 South 1500 East, Salt Lake City, Utah 84112.
