House Republican leaders have decided President Clinton's invitation to deliver a State of the Union address on Jan. 19 stands, despite his looming impeachment trial in the Senate. "We expect to see him on the 19th," Pete Jeffries, a spokesman for Rep. Dennis Hastert, R-Ill., the incoming House speaker, said Monday.
