COALVILLE--Our son, grandson, brother and friend left us to live with his Heavenly Father on Nov. 12, 1999 in Coalville, Utah. He will be missed by all of his friends and family.Zac was born Sept. 1, 1982 in Salt Lake City, Utah. He loved everyone and everyone that knew Zac loved him, too.
He enjoyed running cross country track, hunting and riding four wheelers with his best buddy, Jason. He enjoyed working at Echo Resort and helping his grandfather in his plumbing business.
He was a member of the Hoytsville 2 nd
Ward where he was the secretary in his Priest Quorum.
He is survived by his grandparents: Merlyn and Janice Johnson of Coalville, UT; Neil and Mary Jane Mortensen of Richfield, UT; his father, Patrick David Neil Mortensen (and wife, Debra) of Salt Lake City; and his mother, Kalleen Johnson Archuleta (and husband, Mark). Also surviving are brothers and sisters, Amber Mortensen, David Mortensen, Autumn Mortensen, Stephen Ostler, Allan Ostler, Crystal Blue, Kira Mortensen, Neal Mortensen, Joshua Mortensen, Sosha Mortensen, Andrew Reid, and many aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by sister, Telshia Hartman Mortensen.
Services will be held at noon on Tuesday, Nov. 16, 1999 in the Coalville Stake Center, Coalville, Utah. Friends and family may call Monday from 6 to 9 p.m. at the Walker Mortuary in Coalville and at the Stake Center on Tuesday from 10 to 11:30 a.m. prior to the services. Interment, Coalville City Cemetery.
