The White House's Y2K crisis center is shown during a media tour Monday in Washington, D.C. The federal government offered the first public glimpse at its new $50 million Y2K center, a high-tech crisis room near the White House. President Clinton's top Y2K adviser, John Koskinen, said the administration believes there will be no major national problems but said the Information Coordination Center will watch for "some glitches" during the date rollover. "We hope that night will be really boring," Koskinen said.
