Marlene Snedeger Bastian Anderson, 51, passed away Nov. 16, 1999, at the Richfield Care Center of pneumonia after complications of MS.
She was born Nov. 20, 1947, in Richfield to G. Leone and Maurine Jorgensen Snedeger. She married Michael Bastian, June 10, 1966, in the Manti LDS Temple. He died Aug. 31, 1971. She married Craig Anderson, July 1, 1972, in Aurora. She was a housewife and worked for Sevier County as a deputy clerk. She was a member of the LDS Church and was active in many auxiliary organizations. She was an accompanist for several singing groups.She is survived by her husband, Craig, Richfield; children, Kerri Dee (David) Giaccio, Phoenix, Ariz.; Camie (Robert) McCracken, Pennsylvania; Brook (Bob) Ballard, St. George; Marena (Troy) Tanner, Richfield; April Joyce (Dane) Allred, Jacksonville, Fla.; seven grandchildren; mother, Maurine Snedeger, Sigurd; brothers, Mark (Anna) Snedeger, Richfield; Michael (Alice) Snedeger, West Valley City; sister, Meredith Snedeger, Midvale. She was preceded in death by her father, "Sned"; daughter, Melonie Michelle Bastian Anderson; sister-in-law, Vonda Snedeger.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, Nov. 20, at 12 noon in the Richfield Seventh LDS Ward, 159 North 400 West. Friends may call at the Neal S. Magleby & Sons Mortuary Chapel, Friday evening from 6 to 8 p.m., and at the Ward Chapel, Saturday morning from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. Interment will be in the Aurora Cemetery. Funeral directors, Neal S.
