PROVO -- An Orem man was charged with committing a sex act on a woman who had allegedly been immobilized by drinking large quantities of a popular health supplement.

Felipe Telona Jr., 23, was charged in 4th District Court with forcible sodomy, a first-degree felony. He is currently out of jail on $10,000 bail and is scheduled to appear at a waiver hearing Nov. 22.On Oct. 12, Telona was at a party at an Orem home. A woman at the party was given a drink containing ReGenerize, a health aid that contains the drug GHB, police said.

"It made her totally incapacitated," a police officer wrote in his report on the incident. "(The victim) said she was so incapacitated she could not fight back but could only lie there and let it happen."
