Christopher Wayne Liston, beloved son, grandson, nephew and wonderful friend to all, fought hard to stay, but was finally forced to leave this life behind on Friday, November 19, 1999, after a valiant two and a half year struggle with the demon brain cancer. He is running, jumping, flirting, driving his dream car, and chasing women once again.
Chris was born April 17, 1979, in Salt Lake City, Utah. He attended William Penn Elementary School, Olympus Junior High, and Olympus High School, and was proud to be a Titan. He loved his friends, and love to be on the go, racing around town in his beloved 1994 Chevy Cavalier. He loved his summers spent back in upstate New York, working on the Hill Cumorah pageant. he worked hard and played hard. He loved his life, and loved people, cars, rock music, and art, and looked forward to a career in computer animation. He didn't get the chance to serve the mission he wanted on this earth, but will seize the opportunities presented to him in his new life with the big grin and enthusiasm we all love him for. His is truly a valiant spirit. He is survived by his mom, Lorraine; grandparents, Wayne and Merilyn Liston; uncle, Wayne Liston Jr.; and aunts, Janine Liston, and Melodee (Don) Johnson; and many, many wonderful friends.
