Foreigners are eligible for a refund of the 7 percent goods and services tax. Keep your receipts for hotels and purchases and pick up a refund form at your hotel or at the tourist information center on Burrard Street. Mail it to the visitor rebate office on Prince Edward Island. It will determine which purchases are eligible for a refund and send you a check. Details are on the form.
