The editorial disguised as a news article by Denis Gray, Associated Press writer, Sunday, March 14, Page A13, implies that all of the horrors imposed upon the Cambodians since March 18, 1969, are the results of American actions. Furthermore, by the method he used to quote Cambodians who blame the Viet Cong, South Vietnamese troops, thieves and land-grabbers for their troubles, Gray implies that the Cambodians themselves do not know that Americans are really to blame for the horrors in Cambodia.
