Former New York Mayor Edward Koch was taken to a midtown hospital Monday after his blood pressure dropped as he arrived at a health club. Koch, 74, was later transferred to Columbia Presbyterian for further tests by his regular doctors. It was not known how long he would remain hospitalized. "This morning I knew I wasn't up to my best," said a pale Koch, propped on a gurney and dressed in a T-shirt and sweatpants.
