VERNAL/LAPOINT--Della Moosman Wooley, 91, passed away March 20, 1999 in Vernal.
Born October 15, 1907 in Tridell, UT to John Henry and Matilda Mariah Boren Moosman. She married Milton E. Wooley June 19, 1928 in Tridell. Their marriage was later solemnized in the Salt Lake Temple. They later divorced. She was an active member of the LDS Church.Della is survived by six children: Weldon and Audrey Wooley, Norman and Georgia Lee Wooley, Cleo Proctor, all of Vernal; Nila Jean and John Eldredge, Berta Young and Eileen Yano all of Salt Lake City; three sisters and one brother; Fontella Taylor, Lapoint; Ora Ellingsford, Roosevelt; Edna and Woodard "Bud" Evans, Mt. Emmons; Boydle and Beth Moosman, Wellington; 28 grandchildren, 68 great-grandchildren and nine great-great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, March 24, 1999 at 11 a.m. in Lapoint LDS Chapel. Friends may call Tuesday evening 7-9 p.m. at Thomson's Vernal Mortuary in Vernal and again at the Lapoint Chapel Wednesday morning one hour prior to services. Burial will be in the Tridell Cemetery under the direction of Thomson's Vernal Mortuary.
