Marjorie Vincent Webb, age 79, passed away March 21, 1999 in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Born June 16, 1919 in Fillmore, Utah to Harry Burns and Laverne Peterson Vincent. Married William E. Webb November 21, 1940 in Ogden, Utah. Marjorie grew up in the Ogden area, and had fond memories of spending time in Fillmore with her aunts during the summer. She was fun loving and always kept busy, whether it was working as an usher at the Egyptian Theater, as a young woman, making radio tubes during World War II, or assisting in the management of the family service station. She and her dear husband were always thinking of others and willing to render service to anyone who needed them.She loved all children and one of her favorite things was taking care of her grandkids. She had a beautiful rose garden that was her pride and joy. Marjorie also took pride in her home and kept it spotlessly clean. She had a sweet, kind and loving spirit and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
Survived by her husband, William; two sons, Vincent (Carol Ann) Webb of Salt Lake City, Utah, and Randy (Christy) Webb of Murray, Utah; two brothers, Bob and Dick Vincent; one sister, Mary Ann McLaughlin; seven Grandchildren, Melissa, Jim, Brad, Megan, Brian, Cameron and Alec; one Great Grandchild, Hannah. Preceded in death by a daughter.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, March 25, 1999, 11 a.m., in the Russon Brothers Mortuary Chapel, 255 South 200 East, where friends may call Wednesday evening from 6-8 p.m. and from 9:45-10:45 prior to services Thursday. Interment, Riverton City Cemetery.
