"The King and I" is a talking book on a computer CD, designed for kids ages 4-7. Publisher SoundSource claims, though, that this is much more than an entertainment title. It says "The King and I" teaches problem solving, planning and observation through puzzles that are built into the talking story. "The King and I," based on the classic tale of the same name, is available for both PCs and Macs.
Grolier Interactive has released the latest version of its popular multimedia encyclopedia. It works with both PCs and Macs and features a number of new things.
